Amir is the mirror, Dateable #45. Scan a mirror in either bathroom or the bedroom to meet him. Accept his sincere compliments and choose romance at his confession for Love; choose friendship for Friends. Repeated distrust leads toward Hate. Character and route details

Find Amir in either bathroom or the bedroom

TheGamer identifies three convenient scan targets: the bedroom dresser mirror beside your bed, the upstairs bathroom between the bedroom and gym, and the downstairs bathroom between the office and kitchen. It confirms that any house mirror can trigger his scenes, even when the conversation describes another room. Mirror locations

Use whichever mirror fits your current route through the house. You do not need to search all three rooms for a separate Amir. Put on the Dateviators, target the reflective surface, and check that the conversation identifies him before continuing.

His Date-a-Dex entry uses he/him pronouns, lists Sass as his SPECS category and credits Pej Vahdat as his voice actor. Those details help distinguish the mirror from the other bathroom objects. Amir's profile

Follow the confidence scenes in order

Amir's story centers on accepting praise and responding to his vulnerability. Deltia's walkthrough recommends listening sympathetically when he opens up, then introducing flirtation when he adjusts your outfit if you want romance. Romance approach

Use the subject of the conversation as your progress marker:

  1. Introduction: let him admire you and establish the relationship.
  2. Food in your teeth: visit Barry Styles before returning.
  3. Outfit adjustment: respond warmly; flirt if pursuing Love.
  4. Boredom: listen and offer company.
  5. Graffiti: help clean the mirror.
  6. Encouragement: accept the pep talk.
  7. Confession: choose the relationship you want.

These events are documented across the wiki's story summaries and TheGamer's walkthrough. Their scene numbering differs, so match the event on screen rather than treating a numbered visit as a deadline.

A short personal note such as “outfit finished, boredom next” is more useful than counting every interaction. If another guide describes a scene one visit earlier, compare what Amir is discussing before assuming you missed something.

Choose Love at his confession

For the romantic route, continue the supportive approach instead of dismissing his affection as empty flattery. Deltia describes this as a gradual progression: enjoy the early praise, flirt during the outfit scene, and be sympathetic when he shares his problems. Love route overview

TheGamer identifies the final accepting option as “I'm just as much yours as you are mine.” Select it when Amir confesses if you want Love. Final romance choice

Read the whole prompt before selecting your answer. A conversation about finding compliments uncomfortable can still lead into the confession; it is different from repeatedly insisting that Amir is dishonest. Keep your desired ending in mind when the explicit relationship choice appears.

Choose Friends or deliberately pursue Hate

Friends: follow the caring route, then choose the response that says you are better as friends when he confesses. You can support him without accepting romance. TheGamer also recommends keeping the outfit and cleaning scenes platonic. Friendship route

Hate: repeatedly reject his compliments and question his sincerity. Deltia confirms that persistent mockery and negativity can make him resent you; this is an intentional alternative to the supportive route. Hate approach

Decide which outcome you want before using hostile answers to experiment. If your goal is friendship, choose the clear platonic response instead of trying to discourage him through insults. That gives you a direct action to take without relying on an unverified hidden relationship score.

Collect Amir's three keepsakes

TheGamer connects his collectibles to three activities. Use these as a collection checklist while progressing. Collectible requirements

CollectibleAssociated activity
You, The Looking GlassRead his favorite book together
Amir Face TraceHelp clean the graffiti
Mirror Pesh KabzWatch his Breaker Box performance

The performance is a separate collection check from simply reaching a relationship ending. Before moving on, compare your collection against the activity you remember completing. If the missing item concerns a show, revisiting the mirror for another ordinary chat is a less useful first check than checking the performance.

Check Amir's Realization recipe

Amir needs these individual SPECS totals. The current recipe table and Screen Hype agree on every value. Recipe table, independent recipe cross-check

SmartsPoiseEmpathyCharmSass
2040608050

Compare each column separately. Charm is the largest requirement, but meeting it does not replace a shortfall in Empathy or another category. Write down the categories still below the table before planning more relationships through the character directory.

For example, a hypothetical save with 80 Charm and 55 Empathy has met the Charm requirement but still needs five Empathy points, assuming its other categories already qualify. Use that same subtraction for each shortfall. This worksheet is a planning aid, not another dialogue test: the relationship ending, the wider story unlock and unfinished business remain separate checks even when every numerical gap has reached zero.

Realization also needs a Love or Friends ending and the late-game system unlock. The wiki documents a recipe message after awakening 43 Dateables, followed by access after awakening 48 and speaking with Skylar. Our Realization guide covers the shared sequence. System requirements

Resolve a blocked Realization attempt

If your recipe matches but Amir cannot leave yet, check the game's explanation for unfinished story involvement. The current recipe table lists Bathsheba and Gaia under Amir's Unfurnished Business. Amir's dependency row

Screen Hype explains that characters needed in other storylines can remain unavailable despite a completed personal route and sufficient stats. It also warns that Realization ends normal Dateviator conversations with that character. Finish the scenes and collection checks you want first. Story dependencies and consequences

Use this order when troubleshooting: confirm your relationship ending, confirm the system unlock, compare all five stats, then check unfinished business. It separates four different obstacles instead of sending you back through Amir's entire route. If you are still learning how to target objects and organize visits, start with the beginner guide.
